S A D H A N A
I love how when we ask the questions and God, the Universe, or the great unknown starts to line out our answers or present the tools we’ve been asking for. You pick up that book you haven’t read in a while. You open the email. You have a conversation with a friend or stranger.
This is happening to me right now. With the season and new routines my practices are shifting. I asked, “How can I go deeper?” “How can I commit in a softer way?” My heart and mind say, “deeper, more intimate - not bigger." For me, and for now, this means a little less asana and a little more meditation. It means more study and reflection.
The theme, s a d h a n a, keeps showing up as a container for these larger questions, in my reading, in my inbox, and in my conversations. The practice, to hold the intention, to hold the habits, to hold the commitment.
